- What counts as a lead?
- A lead is one verified, enriched business contact — name, role, company, and a validated email — that Crane sources for you or that you import. You’re only metered on verified records, and duplicates don’t count twice.
- Can I use my own sending domain?
- Yes. On Pro and above you connect your own domain, and Crane warms it up gradually and manages deliverability so your reputation is protected from the first send.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Anytime. Paid plans are month-to-month with no contracts — cancel and you keep access through the end of the billing period, then drop back to Free. Your lists, sequences, and replies stay exportable and yours.
- How does sending stay compliant?
